Back massage including upper arms (45 mins) £30.00
Stones are placed on vital Chakra (energy) points to help ease tensions and emotional pressures. An holistic experience bringing harmony to both mind and body.
Back, face and scalp treatment (1 hour 45 mins) £70.00
We start with a deep cleansing back exfoliation followed by a hot and cold stone massage using aromatic oils which de-stresses the mind and body. Stones are placed along the spine, shoulders and neck to stimulate and balance vital energy points. Then we cleanse, tone, exfoliate and massage the face and neck, massage the scalp, whilst your face and eye mask is on we offer a complimentary hand and lower arm massage and finish with moisturiser, eye cream and lip balm.
Luxury hand and nail treatment (1 hour) £25.00
Do your hands and nails need some tender loving care? This treatment incorporates exfoliating the hands, then a therapeutic massage with hot stones with a blend of aromatic oils, this is followed by a hand mask and your hands are then enveloped in warm mittens to help nourish and soften the hands and nails. Then we apply cuticle and nail oil followed by hand lotion. Your hands will feel extremely soft, so much you will want to keep stroking them.
Luxury foot and nail treatment (1 hour) £25.00
Give your feet and lower legs a treat. This holistic foot, lower leg and nail treatment incorporates gentle exfoliation of the feet followed by a relaxing warm stone massage on your lower legs and feet. A foot mask is applied and your feet will be enveloped in warm bootees to soften and condition the skin. We then finish with applying a cuticle and nail cream and a foot lotion.

Deep cleansing back treatment (40 mins) £30.00
The back is cleansed, toned and exfoliated. This is followed by a relaxing massage to help stimulate circulation.
Indian head massage (45 mins) £25.00
Let the tension float away through relaxation of the back, neck and scalp muscles. This will aid flexibility of the neck and shoulders and improve circulation to the brain. It also helps to clear the mind and improve hair and scalp condition. This treatment is for those who suffer from stress related conditions, sinusitis, migraine or struggle to sleep.
Aromatherapy massage (1 hour 30 mins) £45.00
Using aromatic essential oils we incorporate a full body, face and head massage.
Hopi ear candle (45 mins) £25.00
This is ideal if you have excessive or compacted ear wax, sinusitis, glue ear, snore, sore throats, catarrh, colds, flu, headaches or migraines. It can help relieve pressure from flying and diving. We end this treatment with a lymphatic drainage facial massage.
Reflexology (1 hour) £30.00
Activates the healing powers of the body by massaging the reflex points of the feet. This treatment will improve circulation, cleansing the body of toxins and revitalising energy. The ideal treatment to reduce stress and induce deep relaxation. It is ideal to have a course of treatments to fully benefit. If you book 5 treatments the 6th treatment is complimentary.
Body treatment (1 hour) £45.00
With this treatment we exfoliate and then apply a body mask. You are then wrapped in a heated blanket after which a body moisturiser is applied. Your skin is left feeling silky smooth.
Precious QuickSlim Body wraps (single treatment) £45.00

This treatment is a method of assisting inch loss by transporting excess water from fatty tissue. It also leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft. While this treatment is taking place you may receive a luxury facial or Indian head massage for an additional £15.00 only.
