A massage that works on tired, stiff and sore muscles. It will alleviate tension and tightness typically in the back, neck and shoulder area.
Deep cleansing back treatment (40 mins) £30.00
The back is cleansed, toned and exfoliated. This is followed by a relaxing massage to help stimulate circulation.
Indian head massage (45 mins) £25.00
Let the tension float away through relaxation of the back, neck and scalp muscles. This will aid flexibility of the neck and shoulders and improve circulation to the brain. It also helps to clear the mind and improve hair and scalp condition. This treatment is for those who suffer from stress related conditions, sinusitis, migraine or struggle to sleep.
Aromatherapy massage (1 hour 30 mins) £45.00
Using aromatic essential oils we incorporate a full body, face and head massage.
Hopi ear candle (45 mins) £25.00
This is ideal if you have excessive or compacted ear wax, sinusitis, glue ear, snore, sore throats, catarrh, colds, flu, headaches or migraines. It can help relieve pressure from flying and diving. We end this treatment with a lymphatic drainage facial massage.
Reflexology (1 hour) £30.00
Activates the healing powers of the body by massaging the reflex points of the feet. This treatment will improve circulation, cleansing the body of toxins and revitalising energy. The ideal treatment to reduce stress and induce deep relaxation. It is ideal to have a course of treatments to fully benefit. If you book 5 treatments the 6th treatment is complimentary.
Body treatment (1 hour) £45.00
With this treatment we exfoliate and then apply a body mask. You are then wrapped in a heated blanket after which a body moisturiser is applied. Your skin is left feeling silky smooth.
Precious QuickSlim Body wraps (single treatment) £45.00

This treatment is a method of assisting inch loss by transporting excess water from fatty tissue. It also leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft. While this treatment is taking place you may receive a luxury facial or Indian head massage for an additional £15.00 only.

A tailor made facial to deeply relax, cleanse and invigorate the skin. It also includes a neck and shoulder massage. It maintains and restores moisture levels at the epidermis, provides essential minerals to the skin and maintains skin texture and suppleness. This standard manicure includes nail and cuticle tidy, hand and lower arm massage and paint.
Luxury Manicure (I hour 30 mins) £23.00
The same as above but also includes a hand scrub, mask and warm mittens are then applied. This manicure is ideal for nails that are inclined to break, split or peel.
Pedicure (1 hour) £23.00
This standard pedicure includes foot soak, nail and cuticle tidy, scrub, removal of hard skin and paint.
